Dance
As a passionate dancer, I have performed in various events and shows. My movement forms focus on oriental sources. I believe dance is not only a form of expression but also a way to stay fit and healthy. I integrate Mindfulness, Meridian and Acupoints stimulations into Dance training to promote health.
I offer a group class for Tucson Chinese Dance and Private classes.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art that promotes good health and longevity. As a Tai Chi instructor, I conduct workshops and classes for people of all ages. Come and experience the benefits of this age-old practice.
