Tai Chi
Both Tai Chi and Qigong originated in China and are vital aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine to promote health and well-being. In the US, Tai Chi and Qigong are most commonly practiced for wellness/disease prevention. Qigong is considered a system of wellness and generally involves gentle movements, breath practices and meditation. Tai Chi involves a choreographed set of aerobic movements involving body, mind, and breath, considered as a moderate-intensity exercise.
